07 days Lemurs and baobabs​

Itinerary : Antananarivo – Andasibe – Antananarivo – Morondava – Kirindy – Morondava – Antananarivo

The Eastern region will show you part of the highland taking you into the remnant lush evergreen rainforest to encounter some of the rarest fauna and flora such as the biggest lemur Indri, palm trees like Travelers palm the national tree and hundred species of orchids.

Day1

Arrival in Antananarivo-Andasibe

Meet at the airport by our representative and drive to Andasibe . Overnight at hotel

Day 2

Andasibe

Morning visit of Andasibe national park to meet the biggest lemur living Indri. Afternoon  visit of vakona private reserve and its lemurs island . Overnight at hotel

Day 3

Andasibe-Antananarivo 

Drive back to Antananarivo. Overnight at hotel

Day 4

Antananarivo-Morondava-Kirindy

Transfer to the airport and flight to Morondava . Meet at the airport by our English speaking guide and drive to Kirindy reserve located 3 hrs drive, to meet other different kind of lemurs like Coquerel sifaka…we will pass through the baobab avenue and baobab lover . Nocturnal visit of the Kirindy reserve to spot the famous predator fosa, the giant jumping rats . Overnight at hotel.

Day 5

Kirindy-Morondava

Day visit of Kirindy reserve afternoon drive back to Morondava, sunset at baobab avenue. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6

Morondava – Antananarivo

Flight back to Antananarivo. Transfer to hotel.

Day 7

Antananarivo-departure

Transfer to the airport for international flight.
